PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM HKI GALLERY AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by HKI Gallery, Hong Kong, ordered from the HKI Gallery website at www.hkigallery.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
HKI Gallery reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
HKI Gallery accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase. All sales are final, no exchange or refund is offered, unless the order is not fulfilled properly (wrong size, wrong framing option, wrong frame color, wrong delivery address).
All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added upon confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All edition prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out. Limited edition prints are guaranteed by the artist and to the best of our knowledge. HKI Gallery is not responsible if an additional print edition is produced by the artist without our knowledge.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to shipping your order, HKI Gallery will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to HKI Gallery through email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm HKI Gallery has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact the gallery on (852) 289 323 89.
Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone or in-person at the gallery subject to staff availability.
Framing and printing materials we use will always be the same grade but are not guaranteed to be identical from order to order.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, HKI Gallery will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
HKI Gallery is under no obligation to accept any order.
All images on our website, including artwork and framing, are for reference only.
Limited Edition Records
HKI Gallery is not the exclusive agent of the featured artists (i.e. the artists may sell their work via other channels as well) and therefore is not the primary registrar of the print editions. As the prints are sold against each edition, it is the artists’ responsibility to account for each sale and keep proper records. For each print, HKI Gallery will include a “Certificate of Authenticity” signed by the artist if such is provided by the artist.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the HKI Gallery website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. HKI Gallery may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Turnaround time is approximate and may vary based on the specifics of the order and may vary based on our current production workload. Vendor unavailability may affect turnaround time and order fulfillment.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with the gallery at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from the gallery.
All artist editions will be sent to you by courier service or special delivery. HKI Gallery will endeavor to deliver unframed editions within 5 business days and framed editions within 10 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once an edition is considered delivered, responsibility for the edition and the risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If HKI Gallery is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
HKI Gallery is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in the delivery of an order. HKI Gallery is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
HKI Gallery currently does not have the ability to supply goods to destinations other than Hong Kong via the website. If you are shopping from outside Hong Kong, please contact the gallery directly to place your order, as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ from those stated on our website. Import Taxes and Duties
All prices and delivery charges displayed on this website do not include any duties or taxes for you which you may be responsible at the destination. When ordering artwork from this website for delivery outside of Hong Kong, the destination country or region may impose custom tax and duties for imported artwork and you may have to pay those before receiving the artwork. Please contact the relevant authorities of your region for the relevant information.
Ownership and Copyright
The artwork copyright remains with the artist. Once an edition is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an edition to any third party including the internet for any purpose.
Payment Security
Credit card information is not stored on HKI Gallery servers, and HKI Gallery is not liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.
Privacy
HKI Gallery does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
Returns
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact HKI Gallery on (852) 289 323 89.
HKI Gallery is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the use of the service.
